Sigma Nutrition is presented by Danny Lennon, a master in nutritional science with a keen interest in powerlifting. His mission is to provide the highest quality evidence based information on nutrition and health.

Danny dives deep into specific nutrition subjects. When discussing any topic, he always has a keen focus to link this back to scientific research papers, as well as a consideration of philosophical and ethical values.

These days I pick and choose which episodes to listen to, as sometimes he goes into a highly technical direction aimed at athletes. Even though these are still interesting to learn from, they are less relevant for my own target audience. So I tend to stick to the broader topics and episodes more relevant to a general population.
