Podcasts are an incredible learning tool for busy executives on the move which I’ve been utilising since 2016. I’ve tried many different podcasts and have evolved my listening over the years, zero’ing in on the below.

There is only a certain amount of listening time you can handle per week. And I’ve learned that by overdoing your listening, retention of information becomes difficult. So here are a couple of rules I apply to overcome my OCD’ish need to finish and listen to everything:
    1. Don’t be afraid to stop a podcast if you’re not feeling the connection.
    2. Select the topics from your chosen podcasts where you have the most interest.
This isn’t school, so you can freely walk out of boring classes and choose the subjects you most enjoy. Stay curious and happy learning.
