Podcasts are a large part of my education and continued learning. They are a fantastic way to stay up to date with the latest evidenced based wellness when you’re on the move and unable to read. They can help keep you inspired, or just simply make you laugh.
The brilliant minds of the podcasters I listen to deserve to be shared, as they can explain knowledge in ways I aspire to. This is why many of the reviews are approximate transcripts of discussions had on the podcasts.
