About Me

Born in the UK in 1970, starting my first office job in 1986, I came to Hong Kong in 1991 where I have been a business executive in the logistics industry until today. Upon arriving in Hong Kong, I began drinking heavily and smoking for the first time. My stressful job consisted of regular travel for business, with constant late night entertainment of clients. From a fit 21 year old, I quickly ballooned into a morbidly obese 25 year old. Over the next 20 years this transgressed into a broken bodied 45 year old with chronic back pain due to weak muscles. At 45, I started to change my life around to become a healthier version of myself.
In 2019 I became a L4 qualified Nutrition Coach.
